Assistance for those in need

Applications from East Volusia area residents will be our first priority. To ensure the proper distribution of Zakat funds, every applicant must submit clear copies of the following:

Required Documents

  • Photo ID for the applicant, spouse, and all dependents (Driver's License, State I.D., or Passport)
  • Lease Agreement (if renting)
  • Proof of income (i.e. last pay stub)
  • Current tax return
  • Supporting documentation that may assist with the review process

All information is confidential and intended only for authorized use by designated members of the Zakat committee of the Islamic Center of Daytona Beach and will be used solely for the evaluation of Zakat requests. You will be contacted after your application is reviewed, Insha'Allah.

Important: ICDB does not distribute Zakat funds outside of the United States of America. If you do not live in the United States, please do not apply.

Personal Information

Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, or PDF. Max 5 MB.

Past due bills, eviction notices, or other supporting documents. Max 5 MB.

Your uploaded documents are securely attached to the application email and are not stored on the website. Files are deleted from the server immediately after sending.
